We are skilled in assisting businesses in crisis and transition due to macro and structural challenges – for example in the forestry sector (due to the cessation of logging in native forests), the energy sector (from the closure of the Hazelwood Power Station and mine) as well as in response to natural disasters including bushfire and drought.

Our approach is highly holistic – we support the business and the people to ensure all strategies will be implemented and effective into the long term.

We have practical experience working our own farm and related agricultural businesses throughout the food chain (wholesale, retail, farmers market and hospitality). Value-adding, diversification and optimising resources underpins all strategies. A key priority is supporting businesses to become ‘Climate-Ready’ – addressing both potential impacts and opportunities.
